The implementation includes renovating store signs and billboards, refreshing exterior facades, building new walls, adding guardrails, and sporadic repairs. Possess a valid safety production license; 6. The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7.
