项目概况：本工程为原油外输###路起点位于尼日尔Koulele首站，终点位于贝宁赛美港，包含一座单点系泊和9座输油站，将尼日尔的原油出口。本管线包含2部分：陆上部分和海上部分。
陆上部分分为两段，尼日尔段和贝###路全长为1950km，管径为Φ508mm，设计压力9MPa。尼###路长度为1257km，6座泵站（PS01-PS06），35座阀室，并计划修建尼亚美生活营地。###路长度为675km，2座泵站（PS07-PS08），1个陆上终端，24座阀室，并计划修建赛美生活营地。
海上部分为贝宁赛美港的海上终端，包括1座SPM系统和2条平行海洋管道，每条约********，管道直径为711mm，设计压力5MPa。
Project Overview: This project is a crude oil export pipeline, the line starts at Koulele head station in Niger and ends at Port Sémé in Benin, including a single point mooring and 9 stations to export crude oil from Niger. The pipeline consists of 2 sections: an onshore section and an offshore section.
The onshore section is divided into two sections, Niger section and Benin section, the total length of the line is 1950km, the pipe diameter is Φ508mm, the design pressure is 9MPa. The length of the Niger section is 1,257km, with 6 pumping stations (PS01-PS06), 35 valve chambers, and the construction of Niamey living camp is planned. Benin section line length is 675km, 2 pumping stations (PS07-PS08), 1 land terminal, 24 valve chambers, and plans to build Saimi living camp.
The offshore section is an offshore terminal at the Port of Saïmé in Benin, including 1 SPM system and 2 parallel marine pipelines of about ******** each, with a pipeline diameter of 711mm and a design pressure of 5MPa.
